My total score is: _________100 = __________%

0% - 49%: Poor If your resume scored less than 49 points YOU ARE IN BIG TROUBLE! You are probably receiving few, if any, interviews and the job offers that you have been receiving are at minimum wage. Far below what your IT experience and skills should be getting.

50% - 69%: Average If your resume scored 69 points or less you are still in big trouble! And your resume has been consigned to File 13 - the waste basket.

70% - 94%: Above Average but remember that employers only select from the candidates that they perceive are in the top 5%. So that means you will still lose interviews and job offers to applicants who score 95%- 100%!

95% - 100%: Your a Winner!   If your resume really is in the Top 5% you should be receiving a high number of first, second and third interviews and negotiating for the salary that you want.

If you scored less than 94% ...

Do not waste time in a prolonged job search by using a weak resume ...

Don't accept a salary that's less than you deserve!

Remember, each month you're not working it may cost you a month's salary - $3,000, $4,000, $5,000, $10,000 or more ...

Remember when we looked at what you will lose financially. Compare your losses to the cost of $150.00 to build an IT Resume that will get you interviews ...
